Natural history photography is one of my biggest passions and one that I am most well-known for.
Through a lot of dedication and knowledge, I strive to get the perfect photograph of what I find in the field.
My knowledge and passion for the outdoor environments is constantly expanding and has grown into more than just a keen hobby. Through this interest, I have been lucky to visit and make images in places such as Egypt, India, Kenya, Spain, Portugal, and of course the UK especially around the West-Midlands, although the east coast and Scotland has always called me back time and time again.
It has given me the chance to do volunteer work for the RSPB, to work with various conservation bodies and ecological consultancies and to share my experiences with the people I meet whilst out photographing or with the presentations and slideshows I show.
With lots of research from books, videos, websites, nature documentaries, and shared knowledge of hints and tips from other photographers, I feel my photography is ever developing and as with all photographers, the search for that perfect photograph is ever nearer.
My portfolio of digital images is constantly increasing. The portfolio on this website, shows a very small portion of my work. I am constantly updating my images onto the ALAMY stock agency which can be viewed at this link:
